For anyone who struggles with what they see when they look in the mirror.
I chose to write on this because I’ve always been a person who struggled accepting what they looked like. And I know that there are more people out there, men and female, who struggle with this too. Our reflection in the mirror is an image of our effort. Love it. Respect it. Admire it. It takes work day in and day out. We are a result of hours of hard work. Whether you’re at your end goal or not, enjoy the journey and always give credit where it’s due.
