CrossFit Classes

FREE TRIAL WORKOUT

Free workouts are offered throughout the week. CLICK HERE to see what times are available and reserve your spot!

ON RAMP CLASS

Every new member at CrossFit on the Plains is introduced to CrossFit through our On Ramp beginner's classes. Proper mechanics for the exercises we use in CrossFit are taught during these classes. Our Whole 9 nutrition guide is provided to each new member, along with access to Wodify; our performance tracking system that allows our members to sign in to classes, enter workout results, and track their progress while they train at our facility. Our On Ramp classes run weekly on MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WEDNESDAY AT 6:30 PM. Please note that you will need to come in for the free trial workout before signing up for On Ramp. 

CROSSFIT CLASSES

Upon completing our On Ramp classes, new members will be able to join in on any of our regularly scheduled classes.
