FAMILY MEMBERSHIP PLANS

 

Immediate Family member add-on: $119

​

For our family plans, we establish a primary member, then add-on secondary members to the primary member’s plan (ex: primary member has a membership @$159/mo., then adds on another family member @ $119 making their monthly total $278/mo.). Discounts will be applied if at least one of the family members qualifies. 

 

Must reside in the same household. Children or siblings 18 years and older do not qualify.
