FAMILY MEMBERSHIP PLANS

 

Immediate Family member add-on: $100

​

For our family plans, we establish a primary member, then add-on secondary members to the primary member’s plan (ex: primary member has a 1 year plan @$150/mo., then adds on another family member @ $100 making their monthly total $250/mo.). Discounts will be applied if at least one of the family members qualifies. 

 

Must reside in the same household. Children or siblings 18 years and older do not qualify.
